VETERAN politician Vernon Mwaanga says Africa’s endless wars are destructive to its infrastructure and retard general development, observing that it’s like rebuilding one’s house endless times instead of building new ones. In a statement, Tuesday, Mwaanga said conflicts did not do Africa any favours, noting that one of the biggest impacts of the endless wars on development was repeating infrastructure building. “Africa has experienced different conflicts during the last few decades.
