VISITING Czech Republic deputy minister of Foreign Affairs Martin Talpa says he was impressed by President Hakainde Hichilema’s speech to the European Parliament because it focussed on the future. Meanwhile, Minister of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says it is his hope that the visitation would open doors in all areas of human capital development.
