THE Immigration Department says it has seized two of four passports registered under Lusaka businessman and former president Edgar Lungu’s associate Valden Findlay. And the department has released Findlay on bond pending court appearance. Immigration public relations officer Namati Nshinka explained that Findlay was in possession of multiple passports under his name, stressing that this was prohibited under the Passports Act, of 2016. According to Nshinka an Investigations revealed that Findlay had four Zambian Passports under his name, two of which he had not yet surrendered to the Immigration Department.
