OVER 130 people, among them five women have been apprehended for various offences in Lusaka’s Chibolya compound during a joint operation by law enforcement agencies. Announcing the development in a statement, deputy police public relations officer Danny Mwale said the operation which involved the Police, DEC, ZRA and Immigration was conducted between 01:00 and 06:00 hours on Saturday. “We had a Joint Operation in Chibolya Compound involving Zambia Police Service, Drug Enforcement Commission, Department of Immigration and Zambia Revenue Authority in which 139 people among them five women were apprehended for various offences.
