SECRETARY to Cabinet Patrick Kangwa has warned that Cabinet office, working with the treasury, won’t hesitate to invoke punitive actions against erring controlling officers and their officers. And Auditor General Dr Dick Sichembe has vowed that his office will remain aggressive in its quest to ensure that public resources are protected from abuse and misuse.
