WATER Development and Sanitation Minister Mike Mposha says the UPND indeed promised to end load shedding but it was impossible to do that within one year of being in office. In an interview, Mposha said there was a need to depart from hydropower dependency, advising people to consider using gas stoves and solar at the domestic level. “I appreciate the pain that load shedding has brought but indeed we are working towards ending load shedding.
