THE report of the Auditor General on the audit of accounts of local authorities for the financial year ended December 31, 2021 has revealed that the Lusaka City Council owed over K971 million in tax, pension and insurance during the period under review. The report also revealed that the council has not collected any revenue from a Play Park leased to Given Lubinda Foundation since 2020.
