JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says former PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri can go ahead and sue but argues that it’s not automatic that the state will be found liable. Commenting on Phiri’s statement that she would sue the state in order to get a “ka something” for being unfairly incarcerated, Haimbe said everyone was entitled to sue. “Everyone is entitled to sue. There’s no limitation on people taking out action. The question of whether she will be successful is a different story altogether.
