THE Zambia National Marketers Credit Association (ZANAMACA) says the NAPSA partial withdrawal benefits are trickling down to the informal sector in that beneficiaries are using the funds to purchase various products. Meanwhile, CTPD says it had hoped that as opposed to a once-off withdrawal, NAPSA would introduce a system where people can be able to access cheaper finance. As of Monday this week, NAPSA had paid out K2.8 billion to 89,415 beneficiaries under the partial withdrawal programme.
