SOME PF members of parliament yesterday walked out of Parliament after disagreeing with Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu’s justification that some law makers are being arrested because of ignoring police call outs. This was after Independent member of parliament Munir Zulu rose on a matter of public importance, claiming that police vehicles were parked outside Parliament, waiting to abduct members of parliament like criminals. “Zambia police has deliberately developed a habit of parking vehicles outside parliamentary grounds to abduct members without sending call outs, especially members on your left.
