COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga on Tuesday told former transport and logistics minister Mutotwe Kafwaya that his party, the Patriotic Front, would have concealed the private jet scandal if they were still in office. But Kafwaya says Mulenga is over stepping his mandate by commenting on matters which should be handled by the chief government spokesperson.
