I THINK what has been happening to former chief registrar of societies Thandiwe Phiri Mhende is something that has to do with failure by a public officer to act responsibly, says Katombola UPND member of parliament Clement Andeleki. Recently, government removed Mhende as chief registrar of societies for allegedly giving Lusaka lawyer Makebi Zulu a document purportedly containing a list of the current PF office bearers.
