CHIEF Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has refuted Emmanuel Mwamba’s claims that President Hakainde Hichilema is pushing to amend certain articles of the Constitution to increase of the presidential term to seven years, among others. On Sunday, Mwamba posted on his Facebook page that President Hichilema was pushing amendments which needed close scrutiny.
