SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says it is unfortunate that the UPND have continued to hold public rallies when the opposition are being stopped from doing so. But State House Media Specialist Clayson Hamasaka has described political parties claiming that President Hakainde Hichilema has been holding rallies across the country as “cry babies”.
