ZAMBIA Metrology Agency (ZMA) Executive Director Humphrey Nkobeni says the agency has dealt with several complaints from consumers, among them, the issue of suspected underweight loaves of bread. And Nkobeni says during the first quarter of 2024, the agency carried out a total of 15,757 statutory verifications against a target of 15,116 representing a performance of 104 percent.
