SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says government has told cooperating partners that no rallies will be allowed for as long as austerity measures are being implemented. Meanwhile, Dr M’membe says government’s plan to stiffen laws against hate speech is meant to intimidate people condemning the tribalism being practiced by UPND.
