FIVE cabinet ministers have camped in Pambashe Constituency to drum up support for UPND candidate Justin Kapema in the upcoming parliamentary by-election. The ministers include Mines Minister Paul Kabuswe, Commerce Minister Chipoka Mulenga, Fisheries and Livestock Minister Peter Kapala, SME Minister Elias Mubanga and Sports Minister Elvis Nkandu.
