TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) has demanded that SME Minister Elias Mubanga retracts his statement that some Lumezi residents have not accessed CEEC empowerment funds because they did not vote for the UPND in 2021. TI-Z Executive Director Maurice Nyambe says Mubanga should also issue an apology for misleading the electorate in Lumezi and the general citizenry.
