THE Human Rights Commission (HRC) has urged public and private entities to intensify efforts towards fully complying with the Access to Information Act, No. 24 of 2023. HRC Chairperson Dr Pamela Towela Sambo says by the end of the progressive compliance period on June 25, the Commission will begin to impose administrative penalties on information holders who do not comply with the Act.
