CHIEF Justice Mumba Malila has urged lawyers to help address lawlessness in the country, saying that its existence brings out the loudest condemnation of the sanctity of lawyers and judges. And Chief Justice Malila has also urged lawyers to counsel their clients against unwarranted attacks on judges. Meanwhile, 302 candidates that sat for ZIALE repeat examinations successfully passed out of a total 968 candidates indicating a 31 per cent pass rate.
