THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it apprehended 22 motorists for driving under the influence of alcohol during an operation conducted over the Mosi Day of Thunder Music Festival weekend in Livingstone. In a statement, Tuesday, RTSA Acting Head of Public Relations Mukela Mangolwa disclosed that the Agency further recorded a total of 6,717 speeding infringements on the Lusaka-Livingstone road from April 26 to 29, 2024. “The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) nabbed 22 motorists for driving under the influence of alcohol and intoxicating liquor during an operation carried out during the Mosi Day of Thunder Music Festival weekend in Livingstone.
