INFRASTRUCTURE and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says former president Edgar Lungu should stop imagining that he can gain political mileage out of everything that government does. Recently, the police service disclosed that it was investigating Dr Sishuwa Sishuwa over an article accusing the Head of State of persecuting Bembas and Easterners. But Lungu said not every criticism required police action, arguing that when Dr Sishuwa criticised his leadership and accused him of persecuting Tongas, he took the criticism in stride as part of a healthy political debate.
