LUSAKA Magistrate Amy Chilangwa has warned Emmanuel Mwamba’s surety against giving explanations that lack merit regarding his whereabouts in a matter where the accused is jointly charged with three others for disorderly conduct. Meanwhile, Magistrate Chilangwa has extended Mwamba’s bench warrant to March 5, 2025, after his surety indicated that he would be back in the country on March 4, 2025. On February 5, 2025, Magistrate Chilangwa issued a bench warrant against Mwamba, who is PF faction Chairperson for Information and Publicity.
