THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has found a 40-year-old artiste of Lusaka’s Balarstone area with a case to answer in a matter where he is charged with incest. Danny Kambobe is accused of defiling his five-year-old daughter. When the matter came up for continued trial before Magistrate Crispin Hampungani, Kennedy Mukonke, 40, a police officer at Matero Police Station testified that the matter was reported by the victim’s mother. “On June 13, 2024, I received a report of incest reported by Emelia Nonde, the mother to the victim aged four years and seven months at the time.
