INCARCERATED PF Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda has asked the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for permission to subpoena three witnesses in a matter where he is charged with seditious practices. Nakacinda wants the court to summon an exhibit officer from the Zambia Police Headquarters and individuals from Kanele FM and The Mast Newspaper to produce evidence in his defence. In this matter, Nakacinda is charged with seditious practices, contrary to Section 57 as read with Section 60(1)(e) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
