THE Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) says the Private-Public Partnership model of contracting in the road sector will still require the use of engineers affiliated or recognised by the institution. And EIZ says the change in financing model for the Lusaka-Ndola dual carriageway from EPC to PPP model will benefit Zambia in terms of quality works because the contractor has an interest in the outcome of the project.
