FORMER Finance Minister Ng’andu Magande says if PF members do not have any solutions to offer with regards the debt crisis they created, they should just keep quiet. And Magande says it’s unfair to attack someone who is trying to fix the country, emphasising that Zambia’s current debt problems are unprecedented.
