ZPPA has revealed that it has permanently barred Suwilo General Dealers Limited, Hycromax Zambia Enterprises Limited and SAMQUIP Zambia Limited from participating in public procurement for misconduct relating to submission of bids, collusion and price fixing. In a statement, Monday, ZPPA principal officer, public relations Iñutu Mushambatwa said investigations established that there was collusion and connivance in the submission of bids prepared by the three entities in a tender for the supply and delivery of 450,000 N95 face masks for DMMU.
