FINANCE Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane says he does not believe people who suggest that the drop in the country’s projected economic growth is as a result of government’s failure. Recently, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) projected Zambia’s economic growth rate at 2.3 percent, a drop from the earlier projection of 4.2 percent.
