LUSAKA businessman Diego Casilli and Gillian Lee Casilli have sued Jacaranda Royal Casino Limited demanding that they be removed from the company’s register of shareholders by forfeiting their shares back to the company. According to the summons filed in the Lusaka High Court, Diego and Gillian stated that they are minority shareholders in Jacaranda Royal Casino Limited and have not participated in the operations of the company. The two stated that they had been seeking to forfeit their shares and be removed from the company register of shareholders at the Patents and Companies Registry (PACRA) but have so far been prevented from doing so due to lack of access to critical information necessary to effect a forfeiture of the shares...
