Lusaka businessman Harry Findlay’s lawyer has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes court to dismiss the case against the accused after the state sought an adjournment yesterday. The state asked for an adjournment on grounds that the exhibit was not before court. This is in a matter in which Findlay is facing two counts of holding of more than one passport and being in possession of endorsements of forged immigration stamps.
