ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has submitted to the Lusaka High Court that police acted in good faith when they arrested Lusaka lawyer Martha Mushipe for the offence of seditious practices following a report of criminal activities. Kabesha has, therefore, submitted that Mushipe is not entitled to any reliefs sought in a matter in which she sued the State demanding compensation for pain and suffering caused by her alleged false imprisonment that occurred in 2016.
