AN administrator of the estate of late Justine Wamunyima, a Lusaka man who died in police custody at Lumumba Police Station has sued the state seeking compensation for loss of life. Austine Wamunyima further wants a declaration that the police service was negligent in the way it handled the deceased’s case of dangerous driving, among other reliefs.
