FORMER Mongu High Court Judge Wilfred Muma has appeared before the Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court Division, and pleaded not guilty to charges of willful failure to comply with the law and abuse of office. Meanwhile, the court has dismissed an application by Muma, in which he argued that the Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court Division, has no jurisdiction to hear the matter, as the offences he is charged with are those triable by the subordinate court.
