A CHINESE businesswoman has dragged another to the High Court, seeking general damages for defamation and special damages for business losses in the sum of US$2,000,000. Zhi Jin Liu, who has sued Wang Xin, says the latter accused her of attempting to brainwash government leaders in Zambia to discredit other Chinese companies. Zhi also wants an order restraining Wang from issuing further defamatory statements against her. In a statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court Principal Registry by Messrs.
