THE Lusaka High Court has struck off the active cause list a case in which Christian Democratic Party president, Apostle Dan Pule, challenged the state’s decision to arrest and charge him with seditious practices, arguing that the law is outdated and unconstitutional. High Court Judge Sharon Newa ruled that the case had stalled due to inactivity, granting Pule 30 days to apply for its restoration, failure to which it will be dismissed for want of prosecution. “The parties are not before court.
