FORMER 400m hurdle world Champion Samuel Matete says praises showered on Commonwealth and Africa’s 400m champion Muzala Samukonga should not distract him from achieving his long-term goals. And Matete said he expected Samukonga to enter the Diamond League immediately after he returned from the Commonwealth to keep his fitness levels intact.
