SPORTS minister Elvis Nkandu has urged sports associations that have not submitted their 2023 budgets and activity calendars to do so to allow the government to come up with a master plan on how it will fund them next year. Speaking in an interview, Thursday, Nkandu said the government has reminded associations to avail their 2023 budgets and activity calendar ahead of the annual general meeting set for next week.
