NEWLY appointed Red Arrows Rugby Club captain Enoch Mutembo says he will do his best to lead the team to the next level and ensure the team wins its 10th National Rugby League title in a row. Arrow announced Mutembo as the new captain, replacing Kafula Chishimba and will be deputised by Pekah Phiri and conversion specialist Terry Kaushiku.
