Kamfinsa MP Christopher Kang’ombe complains that Parliament is boring, involves too many procedures and kills innovation in leaders. At 39, the Patriotic Front lawmaker is one of few legislators who are yet to hit the age of 40, belonging to a generation of young MPs who view politics from a modern lens.
