ZAMBIA Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) Director General Billy Mweetwa says the distribution of Honeybee’s toxic drugs and leaky condoms is an error that shouldn’t have happened, adding that measures have been put in place to prevent such an occurrence in future. And Mweetwa says there is a report on who authorised the distribution of quarantined drugs on his table, but he hasn’t read it yet.
