UNITED States Ambassador to Zambia Michael Gonzales says his government’s partnership with the Zambian government has seen a 50 percent reduction in new HIV infections since 2010. And Health Minister Sylvia Masebo says there is need to accelerate Zambia’s efforts in preventing new HIV infections and ending the AIDS epidemic as a public health threat.
