THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says owners of the motor vehicles which will be de-registered this September can apply for reregistration whenever they are ready. Last Friday, RTSA announced that it would commence the process of de-registering motor vehicles which have been inactive for more than five years effective September 1, 2023, with the first phase involving 223, 148 vehicles.
