NGOCC Chairperson Grace Sinkamba says over the years, women have lowered their guard when it comes to issues to do with sex, hence the increase in HIV infection rates among young females. Recently Health Minister Sylvia Masebo said young people were contributing to nearly half of the new HIV infections in the country. She revealed that more than 1.2 million people in the country are on life saving antiretroviral drugs.
