A DECOMPOSED body of a small-scale miner, alleged to be among the over 30 miners who were trapped at Sensele Mine open pit, has been retrieved months after the mission was suspended in December. This followed the resumption of the retrieval mission for the remaining trapped miners, bringing the total number of retrieved bodies to 13. And government has ordered a complete shutdown of the Sensele Mining area. Copperbelt Minister Elisha Matambo made this statement during a media briefing yesterday in Chingola. He provided the update after visiting the mine and the tunnel where the body was retrieved.
