MINISTRY of Energy Permanent Secretary Peter Mumba says about five oil marketing companies out of 18 that applied to use the TAZAMA pipeline have failed to supply diesel. And Mumba says the prices of fuel in Zambia are cheaper compared to other countries in the region.
