HEALTH Minister Elijah Muchima gave his phone number to ZAMMSA employees yesterday, urging them to report any issues that may be hidden by management to him. Muchima also announced that government has secured Treasury authority to charge procurement and supply chain management costs to the medicines and medical supplies fund at a rate of 8 percent, with K92 million made available immediately.
