HOME Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu says despite the presence of some rogue officers in the police service, he would not conclude that all officers recruited during a certain period had ill intentions. UPND Lusaka Province Chairman Obvious Mwaliteta recently called on Mwiimbu to clean up the police service, saying officers who were recruited by the PF were given an agenda to bring down President Hakainde Hichilema.
