MINISTRY of Energy Permanent Secretary Peter Mumba says his ministry has reported positive developments in the petroleum sub-sector, following the operationalisation of the TAZAMA Pipeline Open Access Framework. Mumba also says load shedding is gradually reducing as water levels improve at major hydropower stations such as Kariba and Kafue Gorge.
