THE Veterinary Association of Zambia (VAZ) has called on animal owners to secure their animals in enclosed and appropriate environments. Last week, a two-year-old child was mauled to death by four unsecured dogs, while on Sunday a one-year-old child was attacked by a rooster, leaving him with injuries.
